Great episode! I stress certification with new and seasoned nurses alike. As a “pilot” filer (you know, pile it here, pile it there) the advice to start a file (or if your institution uses a clinical ladder, a binder that has tabs for each evaluation area) to keep that information at hand for renewal, advancement, or hospital performance review.
